The 112th Annual Spring Convention of the Pennsylvania Elks State Association will be held at the Red Lion Hotel, 4751 Lindle Rd, Harrisburg PA 17111 on May 2 -May 6, 2018. There is a full schedule of events, business sessions and clinics in addition to free time to enjoy yourselves. There will be committee reports, awards, the Eleven O'clock Toast Contest as well as Flag Charge and Ritual Team Contests, and committee meetings to discuss the plans and goals for the coming year. There are also Seminars being planned which we feel will be of interest to you.
Wednesday, May 2 through Saturday, May 5 room rates will be as follows: $176.49 per person, per night single occupancy, $116.55 per person, per night double occupancy ($233.10 per couple. per night), $98.79 per person triple and $87.69 per person for quad occupancy. The reservation for your room will require a first night deposit for the package amount. Hospitality Suites will be available for $150.00 per night.This year's reservation form and deposit payment must be sent to RED LION HOTEL on the form. The deadline for all reservations is April 18, 2018. Please return the form to the RED LION HOTEL as soon as possible WITH YOUR DEPOSIT for the accommodations you require.
The State President's Dinner on Saturday, May 5 will feature a Cocktail Hour and a special dinner with all the trimmings. Saturday evening's events will include the Installation of Officers and the presentation of the State President's pin.
Transient guests must make choices on the form and returned the PA Elks State Office. The cost for transient guests is $44.00 per person for dinners and $15.00 per person for breakfast (tax and tip are included). TRANSIENT MEAL CHECKS MUST BE MADE OUT TO: PA ELKS STATE ASSOCIATION and mailed to 703 GEORGIAN PLACE, SOMERSET PA 15501. Tickets may be purchased up to 1:00 PM for Thursday, Friday and Saturday dinners. PDDGER Dinner chouces are also on the meal reservation form. The PDD meal choices are the same as the regular Thursday evening meal. Please indicate which dinner you will be attending on the meal reservation form.
